Hisashiburi... Laugh
What a coincidence: Just when dear _naki and Issy (hello to you too! Mr. Green) mention Heaven's Door in TNT, my own copy of the movie just happens to arrive on the same day! Big Smile
I've been waiting to watch this movie so badly ever since I heard about the project w00t
Finally, after a very busy day, I got my "well deserved" Tomoabebe dose in the form of a brand new movie cheers cheers cheers
And what an excellent movie it was! Big Smile
Hidden:

I think it was really beautifully made and the story was nicely told. Beating heart
Somehow the movie gave me a happy feeling (even though the ending was just as sad as we already guessed Crying ).. I think that one reason to my positive feelings after the movie was the fact that death was present in the movie and in the storyline all the time, so I had already prepared myself to the worst sweating
I really think that our dearest Tomobabe did an amazing job in the movie. He expressed the thoughts and feelings of a dying man wonderfully and naturally Wub Wub

Like Issy, I also watched the first episode of Karei Naru Spy first thing on Sunday, as soon as the downloading finished - I just couldn't wait for the subs w000t
I liked the drama very much and Babe's character was really funny. I'm looking forward to the next episodes, as well as watching the first one again with subs Laugh
The theme song by TOKIO was great too, can't wait to hear full version of it Mr. Green

I'm so glad that someone has also seen "Heaven's Door" and liked it as much as I did!

It's so quiet here... Well. I won't be talking to myself, not yet anyway.

In case somebody drops by, I have a question: does any of you guys have a full version of this photo (and hopefully of better quality)?

I know how much Nagase loves guitars, and his expression in this pic is just so... well... I have many beautifull words in mind to describe the feeling I get while looking at it, yet none of them seems to fit.

Pretty please, anyone?

Hi, utena_n!

Thank you for the links. KNS's theme is stuck in my head (like, for good). I like both songs pretty much (not that I wouldn't anyway) and I like Tomo's latest drama as it is so far. So glad to see both his and TOKIO's new works..

Glad to see that the senpai of this thread still come by to share something with others. I don't mind being ignored, I still worship you guys. And TOKIO.

Oh, and Nagase Tomoya of course =)

*sighs contentedly and crawls away*

HELLOOO Laugh

SO,finally and after a couple of weeks of being almost scared to watch Heaven's door,I DID IT pinch
and i think the word BEAUTIFUL perfectly sums up everything about this movie Wub
I also agree with 2402 that...
Hidden:

Despite the gloomy death theme, i too was left with a good feeling after the movie ended ^^ and i think another reason for that is that there were lots of moments when i couldn't help but wonder if real tomoya would've acted just as spontaneous and clumsy as Masato Tongue this connection in my mind made some scenes very funny to me,but it also made the emotional scenes even more heart wrenching Crying
Overall, Really enjoyed every moment of it Big Smile

MAN! that Premium box edition looks SO tempting pinch

@Graucasper:
Hmmm,I dunno, does the fact that 98 of my 100 posts so far are here on TNT qualify me to be a worthy of worshiping senpai too? Mr. Green lol
Sorry for the late welcome,Always nice to meet another Nagase fan cheers
So,i just went through my tomobaby picture folders (which is such a joy ride Tongue )and i'm surprised that i don't have any pix with him and a visible guitar! there are pictures of him with dogs, cats, fish (my favorite Mr. Green ),food, katana !...yet hardly any guitars Doh! but i guess the one you're looking for could be at tokioteatime's lj,maybe?? anyway if i find it I'll sure let you know ^^

Karei Naru Spy !?
sighhh...still waiting for subs Fear ,but so far caps keep looking awesomer clapping and the song ...*copypastes*.. Taiyou to Sabaku no Bara..is very catchy indeed Mr. Green ,one more week for the release, YAY! Party

and leave it to SKY to capture any silly/funny looks of tomobaby in any drama. Laugh Laugh Laugh can't help it. I LOVE his face the most when he is serious/angry.

YES, it is taken from the smaller version because i did not wanted to post those huge caps here. Blink

finihed watching all eps that are out.
i am finding it so hillarious and funny. and i think there is suprise for dorothy lovers by the end of this drama. as i think

Hidden:

Dorothy is/was a guy. Blink Blink Blink
because Kyosuke keep droping this line about her being a guy before and there has to be some truth in there by the end.

but his daily look in Karei-naru reminded me so much of Jiro but older version. his hair, his clothing, his bike riding, everything reminds of Jiro in L&E. Wub Wub Wub

i must have gone mad with dling this drama. i am dling raw version in SD & HD and will dl its subbed version in HD too. Goggle eyes Goggle eyes Goggle eyes

Thanks, everyone! It's been four months since I became obsessed with this wonderful man, but I had nobody with whom I could share my new joy. Now I'm as happy as I could ever be.

oO SKY Oo, I actually collect Tomo's photos with guitars, but I got a strange fixation on this one... I double-checked all TTT's posts with scans, thinking that maybe I somehow got distracted by all the goodness and missed the pic I actually needed, but it just wasn't there, so I asked about it here.

But I KNEW it was from late 2002! And here it is, just when I was about to give up =)

Issy, now that you mention it, Kyosuke does sometimes remind me of Jiro, too.
Hidden:

And he seems to have some serious issues with his mother. Again.

I think I don't even need to put down a list of dramas in which he had similar problem.

As for Dorothy...
Hidden:

I don't know Japanese enough to understand such details... Until now I've seen only the first ep with subs and the other three RAW. The only two moments about her past that caught my interest were when in the first ep some young guys recognized her while Dorothy was driving by in her convertible, and she sped up, pretending that she hadn't noticed them. The second scene was in ep 4 in the swimming pool, when while she was swimming, the coach was telling Kyosuke something about her. It seemed to me that he had also recognized her from somewhere, but I might be wrong.

Ep 4... The mustache nearly killed me. I like how Nagase looks with a stubble, but THAT was hilarious. I really couldn't concentrate on anything else.

@Graucasper

YES, i was going to add those hints as well.

Hidden:

that sport teacher (it's so funny when then used the same sport teacher in MBMH) saw Dorothy, he said a boy name meaning he already knew him.
there has been a hint of this in every ep. in ep when they were spying on that Korean actress's assistant and her lover, other spy asked Dorothy which one of them she really feels for (or something like this) and she replied she will kill him if he repeated the same thing next time. so it means everyone actually knows about his/her real identity except poor Kyosuke.
I won't be even suprised if Dorothy turned out to be a guy considering this drama's theme being all slapstick humour.

Their new single is love. I like all new songs, and TWO new PVs at once... that's really heart-warming. TOKIO in suits have also been my weakness ever since "Ambitious Japan", those 5 gorgeous men (yes, Leader included =))

Also about this tendency... As they have already mentioned at TOKIO Station II, their songs keep getting higher in key, and the latest single is an obvious prove to that. When I listen to the full version of "Taiyou to Sabaku no Bara", near the end I find myself holding my own breath, thinking about whether there is a limit to Tomo's voice range. It's cool, really. I love his voice because, well, first of all, it's HIS, and because I know for sure that I could never confuse it with anybody else's. It's very distinct and those songs (starting with Sorafune) emphasize it's uniqueness (at least as far as the Japanese Entertainment world is concerned). Amagasa, which wouldn't leave me alone for several months, was written precisely for this.

I like the direction they've been heading lately, because they are still a solid band (in many ways) and because it's good not to be stuck in one place, and to move forward, try something new. I like the way each of them and especially Nagase keep growing as musicians. I really respect that.

utena_n, yes! Thanks for the link. The vid made me realize just how much I miss Yuu-chan...
The reason I love pics of him with guitars is not only because Tomo's practically glowing in them (even when he pretends to be scowling). It's also (and mainly) because I'm obsessed with his hands. They are just too beautiful, those long fingers and all... I'm a hand-fetishist and I find Tomoya's hands perfect. Especially when he's holding a guitar or playing one, because then his hands come into focus in all their glory...

Oops. Fangirling, much. I'll stop babbling now.

P.S. I loved today's KNS episode. Funny, fluffy, angsty... And it never fails to amaze me, just how good a man of Nagase's stature may pull off a kicked puppy impersonation without being ridiculous. It's got to be a talent. Yeah, definitely.

I LOVED the music station performance Wub and the HEYx3 too > the bandana!? ><"
Tomo Live is always my favorite, and i can totally relate to what Graucasper said about his voice range...AMAZING! Laugh
The new PVs are cool too ^^,although I was expecting something a bit more...special?!..since its TOKIO's 15th ani. and all Whistling ,but i guess TOKIO are already special enough in their own way,ne? Tongue i still enjoyed them alot (specially since the focus is mostly on a certain handsome guy Cool ( i admit feeling a little bad for the rest of TOKIO ^^",but when i think it probably means more onscreen time for Tomoya on the making of,i guess i don't mind it as much =p).

TOKIO's tour will be starting soon and its titled "TOKIO Live Tour- Over 30's World"!!!
i think its not so hard to guess who came up with that lol
specially since it seems that Nagase is in charge of things again, and judging by the 2006 gigs,i suppose we can expect similar awesomeness Party
