Although I haven't seen it posted on D-Addicts, this series was actually English subbed professionally by NGN, and aired on NGN. I watched a few episodes, but then gave up on it. I also tossed my recordings. Maybe it aired in California and someone caught it.

I want to sub this series as soon as I finish my current project.
Is anyone working on this one?
Also can I get a copy of the korean subs for the timing?

I don't think anyone is working on this series at the moment. Since the original poster hasn't been here for a long time, I don't think you'll get a response about getting the subs from this person.
You should ask tianj about korean subtitle timings for this drama._________________ D-Addicts is like a library: Most of the resources are there, you just have to search around!

I just downloaded and watched the first episode- seems interesting, and I'm tempted to take a stab at it. My Japanese has improved a lot over the last year, thanks in part to watching fansubbed series, but I'm not sure that it is good enough yet. I was able to follow the first ep of this series pretty easily, but I missed quite a few details on the first listening (the jiji mumbles are particularly difficult for me to make out). But with the Japanese dialog files I might be able to do a decent job (I read reasonably well)- I guess the only way to find out is to give it a try. Will they be available for all the episodes?
More generally, I guess I'm curious as to how good good translators Japanese is, or was when they started fansubbing. Were you at a level where you understood everything on the first pass, or did you have to go back and repeatedly listen to pieces and use a dictionary for some terms? I've seen a softsub or two that I could have improved on on the fly, but these are not exactly examples to emulate.
EDIT: Also, obviously I've never done any fansubbing so I don't know much about the process. I imagine it's not too hard to figure out, just sayin' ;). Also, how far along are you with the translations? I think maybe I'd like to try to translate a whole episode from scratch just as a test for myself, but maybe it's best not to duplicate effort. And I'd be glad to do some QC on the translations done so far if needed- my Japanese is good enough for that, I think, and I write reasonably well in English.
