I am a fangirl of many things and many people, but F4 is definitely not one of them! When compared to other Asian hotties who can actually act convincingly, I've become continually turned off by F4's "I'm-so-cool" attitude, which actually makes them have the "I'm-so-gay" look instead. >_______< I know one of them can somewhat sing, but I still don't think any of Flower 4 is even remotely good looking. Sorry fangirlies.. this is one obsession that I'll pass over gladly.

On another note, I'm glad to see Younger Men is finally winning! Big Smile

actually, i'd have to agree with iceberri's assessment of F4. when i mentioned that they weren't picked for their acting or singing skills, i didn't mean that they were picked for their looks. (i heard they were picked for height, btw. Smile

) anyways, even though i did enjoy the drama i wouldn't consider myself a F4 fan. this is off topic, but what is the definition of "fangirl"? is it just a female drama/movie fan? or is it more than that? it seems like the SOTW thread always contains references to fangirls. and are there "fanguys"? just curious. Roll Eyes

anyways, on topic: i'm very glad that younger men is winning even though i'll have to get off my technologically-challenged butt to figure out how to play the files. but it'll be worth it! Big Smile

I'm off topic but i must tell something about F4 because i'm feeling so guilty to begin a discussion about F4 that i just didn't mean it.

Takuya... is pretty good (much better, of course) on acting and hottie too Mr. Green

thetenken,iceberri F4 have a low skill on acting, I agree. But in MG they have the best story based on a japanese manga and then, Jerry Yan only must just.... stay... kissing, hugging or looking at Barbie Xu, that's enough. Story-line goes on itself because is very exciting and moving and it always get you on an expectation. I like the manga and anime based, but i love the drama because i like much more drama than anime. F4 are bad on acting? Who cares? MG keeps still being so much exciting because of the story, though. Besides, Barbie Xu is good on acting, I think. Perphaps, F4 had successed because of the manga-based story they use to use on their series. Jerry is a perfect Dau Ming Sz on MG because actually the caharater he plays is a fool and childish boy and the bad acting match Big Smile

But to me, Jerry sounds so sweet to make me feel the words .
habukie I also enjoy so much MG despite the bad acting. I think the director put enough romantic and exciting scenes to make the bad acting be on a second place.
Jerry Yan has a bad acting, ok, but he has the gift to make the key scenes of the story so good than the other bad scenes are forggotten Wub

neonkinpatsu I think Jerry and Vic are so handsome and having perfect bodies. And they are no the only ones in China, of course. Jerry has pretty eyes Wub
