this is a good converter, http://www.any-video-converter.com/download/, scroll down almost to the bottom and download the one that says "Any Video Converter Free Version"
this program is very simple to use just drag the file into the box that says "getting Started" and at the top right hand corner below the "X" choose the output format, weather you want avi, wmv, or mpg.

hi, can someone please help me? im using real player and can't figure out how to control the audio to change to cantonese.

u go to volume control, and scroll the master volume to either left or right; whichever one is canto.

i use to be able to do that with windows xp.... but now im using vista, i can't find an option to do that. does anyone know how to do that with vista?

hi, use a download manager and be sure you have downloaded 100% of the file
with a download manager, you can resume where you download dropped.

how come when i watch the videos, they always stop in the middle and then the picture stopps, but i could still hear the sounds.
