As for requesting for subs, you really can't ask for their release, coz it's voluntary work and it requires a lot of efforts to do this, so please WAIT PATIENTLY and periodically check the subs thread!! pinch

Those having problems playing subs with BSPlayer or whatnot. Save subtitles again but instead of UTF-8 make sure encoding is ANSI.

Do you guys have a page where you keep your stats like some other teams?
Like for an example:

Translations: done
Timing: 50%
Editing: pending
1st QC: pending
Final QC: pending
Phase: timing & editing in progress

Cause then people can judge when you'll be releasing instead of (like me) checking back every few hours Mad

For those who are like dying to see the rest of the episodes, but don't mind watching it in many many parts, then dreammer90 on overstream.com has it in english subtitles all the way to episode 5. ^_^

Just to confirm.
Did you stop or drop They Kiss Again?
[Believe me, I wouldn't have asked if I knew people don't drop without informing]
Anyway, if you did then it is really sad since IFS were the first ones who decided to do SoftSubs but dropped it to you in the last moment.
So if you really stopped due to lack of time [e.g.] then I really suggest you to get in touch with IFS. Maybe they are willed to continue doing SoftSubs.
