On their website, they are looking to recruit new translators, timers, etc. for these series that they've been slow on. Hopefully they'll be able to find helpers and get these shows finished. I'm waiting on Hataraki Man and Ai Nante myself.

Here is my orriginal English subs of ep09 for those who want to watch it as soon as possible. Pardon my bookish or unnatural English. If you want PERFECT subs, wait for DoReMii.
MOD EDIT: Attachment removed per fansub guidelines.

| shigechan, please refer to the rules regarding subs. It is perfectly alright for you to sub a show, but you should always start with episode 1 instead of willfully and rudely hijacking another person/group's efforts.

Let me see if I understand the situation here. Fansubbing is a voluntary and generous undertaking of those with language skills to help those without the skills to enjoy foreign dramas. The rewards for those doing the work come from service and giving others pleasure.
Looking back, the team which undertook the job of subbing this 11 part series began sometime in December of 2007 and provided their first subs (ep1) on Jan 3. Six and a half months later they provided the subs for eps 6 & 7. After another month and a half, they uploaded their last contribution, ep8, on Aug 8. The average has been one episode a month.
Today, roughly eleven months after the team began work and three and a half months after their last upload, an outsider -- not part of the team -- voluntarily and generously offered some subs for ep9. These subs were deleted and withheld from those waiting to watch the rest of the series because they violated the rules of the fansubbing community.
The rules protecting the rights to translation are clearly important for the sake of order and provide security to those doing the work. A team surely wants to get credit and take pride in completing a project. What we see from many of the comments over the last several months -- along with the intrusion of the outsider -- is that there are limits to human patience and that an unfulfilled promise can lead to the opposite of pleasure. Clearly, some people seem to feel that, along with the right to do the translation, there come some responsibilities and that the rights to translation are not unlimited.
Everyone appreciates the work of the translation team so far. There have been many thank you's. Reviewing the reports and comments on their own website, however, it seems that the pleasure and commitment to do the job somehow keeps getting set aside for the sake of other projects. Nevertheless, the team wants to honor its commitment and promises to finish the work.
Given the situation here, a situation in which the heavy hand of rule enforcement appears to have taken away a bit of the spirt of fansubbing, it may be appropriate to ask if the community has rules enforcing the responsibilites of taking on a project as well?

First off.... the delay in HM is not because we push the show it aside for something else. Obviously the only reason any of our other Japanese shows would move any faster is because a 25 minute show takes less effort.
We have stated many times the reasons for the delays. The team for that project have very very VERY busy lives. That can't be helped. And to be honest... With people leaving comments like that and crapping over our effort with one shots, yeah moral is low for this project. That's not our fault now is it? If given the choice would you rather work on a show that makes you happy or one that reminds you how shitty people can be?
Unfortunately for people like you there are no rules about being responsible to finish a project EVER, let alone in a time frame you find appropriate. The fact is it's your fault you are having any ill feelings because you choose to watch it as it's released. My suggestion to you then is, if you can't put up with potentially waiting... I dunno, five years for a show, don't watch it until it's done.
I think the ironic thing is that episode 9 was almost done, and now no ones is in the mood to touch it.
