You can use Keyhole TV, but it has very crappy quality and only the main channels like TBS, TV Asahi .....
and the channels are analog source => 4:3
but better than nothing for those who want to watch

Keyhole may be crappy, but it is a real time stream and on my PC the video and sound quality seems to be getting better with each update of the program. Let's hope when the next update of this program comes out it will continue to improve on the video and sound quality.
I also like the radio stations that Keyhole streams since they help provide news and talk from Japan.

| It would be cool if the guys at horribleraws created the channels on www.livestation.com. Being P2P based it would take care of the problems with server load and bandwidth.

WindowsとLinuxだけで、KHTVを使えます。 マックで、Linuxをインストールしますか。

As I just mentioned you should google before asking. I did and found the answer at the top in less then 10 seconds.
VIDEO = Broadcasting software
TV = Viewing channels

Quality regardless, I like using Keyhole. It's just that Keyhole streams Kanto channels strictly. One of my best friends will actually be on ABC (Kansai version of TV Asahi) Christmas Eve and there's no real way for me to watch it. Even worse yet, there's no real way for HER to watch it since she'll be in Canada when it airs.
