I fixed my subs, but since I'm not part of WITHS2 I don't think I can post them up.
Anyways, if you have Ental version just delete lines 367-396 (from "Hey, try this." to "Alright!"). Then move lines 367-end (starting from "Our company's program is..") backward 00:02:16:900 and the subs are in sync.

Aha yes, thanks! Oh dude, it's already 1AM in the morning... 1 hour past midnight but I'm anxious getting to watch the episode 3 and 4 with English subtitle when I should be sleeping in for tomorrow, well, today like 8AM to leave for work. =/
I'm only 19 years old. I think I will be overbeat and lively after only like hmm 5 hours of sleep! After watching both episodes. I'll be okay. I've done that before after like 2-3 hours! =P

There's no sub coming out from 23mins into the show..it's like out of synch problem.

What do you mean move the lines backwards 00:02:16:900? How would you do that?

You need a subbing program for resyncing. But mily2 posted a site where you can find DDLs for the uncorrupted version of episode 3.
