Playing truant today, so thanks for the subs. Here's my take on the game the boys were playing --
Hidden:
They were wagering on whether the girl's face matched her legs. Saburo lost because the girl was not uhm...err... pretty by conventional standards, to put it mildly. I know it sounds mean but there are guys who bet on stuff like that on this side of the world.

打っ殺す (ぶっころす）is the dictionary form and should be bukkorosu with a short u and a stop before the k. I'm surprised you haven't heard this before. It's usually what you hear Yakuza say when they threaten people, of course they really hold the っand roll the ろ, so it might be hard to understand.
Actually the dictionary lists "waste" and "rub out" as well, which are probably more accurate translations since this is a somewhat more colorful word than simply "kill", but they also sort of imply guys with tommy guns. Literally what she is saying is "Do you want to be killed/wasted/rubbed out?"

This probably would only be said by a non-native speaker. あなたは is really not something you would hear in that phrase. If there is a 'you' in the sentence it would probably be お前 or 貴様.
If you hear any of these phrases you should be prepared to fight. If you say them you should be prepared to fight, lose friends, and be kicked out, unless you area in at some Yakuza hideout. You have been warned, so don't send me your hospital bills.
I guess the only exception I can think of would be is if someone is doing something that could get them killed and the speaker is asking if they want to get killed doing whatever it is they are doing.

I have heard it before — I've just never bothered to ask anybody what the expression was before. (And as you mentioned, it's much harder to understand when it's coming from 'Yakuza'-style characters, because of their unique pronunciation.)
Apparently I need a better dictionary, too. I have four of them, but not one of them lists bukkorosu.
