If my memory is right from abmj...
Kiku angered Fuji TV because Kiku did what you had done.
(Script Writers who owns the dialog got pissed. )
Fuji had decided not to feed any programs to Kiku and stopped
making Eng subtitles to its own airing.

I know about the Fuji's desicion to stop the English subtitles but I have no idea about what you are saying about Fuji getting angry on the script writers of Kiku's TV. Usally those things are stated in the contracts and I'm very unsure if that was the real reason. Usually such decisions are taken to cut some programs from having big air percendages for the advandage of other, more well paid programs.
Anyway, even under the law of Japan (checked already) I have the right to copyright these subtitles as my own work. Fuji can start from stopping eBay sellers profiting from selling copies of their dramas, before getting angry about somebody that copyrighted the subtitles that he/she made. But I don't think they would do any of these two anyway, since their policy seams to be ignorant about what's happening outside Japan.
Anyway please don't start accusing me again about the copyrights. I don't find why anybody in here would be unhappy about it, except people that profit from drama somthing I don't support, thus the copyright. I have had enought with this. I have other things to do as well in my life. Please let me have some peace in mind.

All I could remember was...
Kiku copyrighted subtitles. This angered the original
Japanese script writers and the original author of the book
or manga comics and complained to Fuji. Fuji had dropped
all subtitles even from the newscast to prevent this problem.
Another way of speech is that
Stephen King's shining was subtitled, let's say in Chinese
and it was copyrighted. If someone translated this Chinese
into French, or Japanese or even into English. And Stephen
King or the movie's script writer has no say because the
someone had already copyrighted?
I understand where you come from by showing a notice
at the beginning to prevent people selling your work.
