I'm afraid the timing is screwed up on the subs from the DVD.
I was just looking at episodes 6 and 7 and was puzzled as to why only 1 out of every dozen or so lines appear as subtitels.
Turns out, on most of the files, the time for the start of each line is the same time for the end of each line.
So if the line starts at 1:00 it's set to stop at 1:00. Instead of say... start 1:00 stop 1:04.
If you used subrip I expect there has to be a setting that you missed.
I'll ask a friend who uses the program if there's an easy fix.

Just wanted to say that I finally saw Ep05 with subs ^^
Very much enjoyable~~ 80% much more enjoyable than without subs. xD
I want to thank the translating team because this is one good translation. It's got loads of personality (such as using "I's" when Osen talks sometimes) ~~ I love it. And all the little notes, which are not really necessary but give so much to the show~
I hope Ep06 comes out soon enough xD - and thank you for sharing the subtitles in here and not require registration such as others *coughs*
One could hope that the people on the show request your translation for an English release~~~ xD
Let's push for a quick Ep06 release! Gambatte! xD _________________ ---

Hey Geezer- I checked the subs with VLC and even the ones that had the same start and stop times seems to show up just fine... what player are you using?
That being said, they sure are hard to follow with all the errors!
Hope to see the subs for 6+ soon!

I've never used VLC. I'll have to give it a try. Sounds a bit more versitile than Windows or Real. Thanks for the heads-up.
I am, however, delighted to see the new subs for eps 4 and 5. Those play just fine, and from the quick look I just took they seem to be a whole lot easier to follow.
