Why am I getting this message?

So, I've been uploading OSTs lately and the past couple ones always show this message

[5.0.9 2008-05-14 22:44:41] ERROR : Error regarding "Sweet Relationship OST":
rejected by tracker - requested download is not authorized for use with this tracker

I've been doing my torrents the same way, I always go over my torrents to see if I did anything wrong, could someone help?

It always says on BitTorrent that I'm seeding but here on d-addicts it says there no seeds.

ur torrent hasnt been approved yet so it's still in the pending area. once it is approve you can start seeding.

I know how it works, I've been uploading Torrents for a while, what I'm asking is why I'm getting a rejection from the tracker.

As taitanic209 said, your torrent was not approved and was therefore in the pending section. Trying to seed it then would result in that message.
It's now approved and should be working fine.
If you want to speed up the approval time, pm me to let me know that you have a torrent in pending section.
