Help..RAW & Subtitle play together = black screen

Well..
i downloaded Ryokiteki na Kanojou (704x396) RAW..
and then..it was working just fine..without the subtitle..
and then..i downloaded the subtitle and Voila..
when i try to play the file (auto-load subs) only black screen..
but when i remove the subtitle, it's working just fine..

i make a random srt file and play it with the video..Viola..still black screen..
i grab another subtitle and rename it and play it with the video..VOILA..still black screen..
no subtitle..it's working just fine..

i try playing it with Windows Media Player & BSplayer..
both have the same problem

i never had this problem with RAW & softsubs before..this is the 1st time..

anyone can help me
