For those interested, I've attempted many times but finally seem to find a reliable way to deliver live, streaming content to a wide audience. The video is quite choppy as I am running the application on an old Dell server blade at the moment, but expect the process to be implemented on a VPN server of my own later in the month.
Until then, you may as well see if the quality is worth watching for yourself. Expect 64kb/s audio, and 200kb/s video, at 15fps. Don't intend on watching the video full screen, at least until I find a better way to optimize the process. Think of this as an alternative to KeyHole TV, for anyone who doesn't want to deal with a p2p application anymore.

The service is ran through "Mogulus", and will most likely be able to deliver to a large audience. If I find any problems, or interruptions with the stream, I'll try and fix or remedy the problem as soon as possible. As mentioned earlier, this is currently being ran on a fairly old computer, so if the video lags that is probably it's fault, not yours. I expect 90% uptime throughout the next month, and don't expect to have to make any changes to the current system. Suggestions are always welcome however.
I hope this works as a nice alternative for anyone in need of a better connection, though please understand I realize the quality isn't exactly breathtaking. Thanks again to anyone who has supported me in the past, and I hope to make this service as applicable as possible.
Currently broadcasting: CH8 Fuji Television (CH8 フジテレビ)
EDIT: I added a poll just in-case a different channel other then CH8 was requested. I'll try and vary the content if more then one channel is heavily requested._________________

| Is there a way to rotate the picture? Because it's currently upside down. _________________ favs: A Love To Kill, Akihabara@DEEP, Autumn Tale, Byakuyakou, Coffee Prince, Hana Yori Dango, Kimi wa Petto, Resurrection, The Devil, Sorry I Love You, Yasha

Tried this and the video was great and the audio also. Don't speak Japanese but I gathered I was watching a news programme. Very interesting. Could not make comment there for some reason.

| Thanks for providing this, shrgnatlas. The video is pretty decent despite the occasional lag here and there. It'll be very good to have another alternatve if either or -- horror of horrors -- both KHTV and TVU are down.
