in the next couple days, but I wanted to ask if somebody could fill me in on the major plot/character changes from the books. I watched the original series so long ago that I don't remember it at all, so it was like watching the series for the first time for me.
I tried Googling the info, but all I could find were angry posters yelling at the producer for not being faithful to the original. Given that I've got nothing to base the story against, I gotta say I've quite enjoyed it so far, with the exceptions of Hu Fei's character being somewhat... un-fox-like (read: dumb hero), and the tragedies (good characters meeting early ends).
