So far I'm very limited to using several .ASS tags in Aegisub. Does anybody have a good resource that has information on additional Karaoke effects? (i.e. animated images, static / dynamic animations, outline burst effect etc.)
Anything will help. Will be back in a bit. Thanks for reading.

For advanced karaoke effects = programming.
You can try to get something nice with cool fonts + what scripts already included to Aegisub can do. Or create a template yourself, that doesn't require programming skills.

I concur with both zey-dono and sungie-dono.
thought, there's always the alternative of using \p instead of using dingbats fonts _________________ "the fansubs/scanlations community must be helping and understanding each other"
