Hi, does anyone have English subtitles to this drama? I know it's an old series but I watched it in the 1990s and finally found a copy of it but it only in Japanese. It was really a wonderful story and I would like to share it with my wife. Please help. Thanks.

TIP: You should always search by the Japanese romaji title, in this case "Hitotsu Yane no Shita". And yes, all the episodes are on the tracker. English translations of Japanese titles can be infinite, making searches much more difficult.

Hi, what do you mean by it being on the tracker? I'm not very versed with these things. Are you saying the English subtitles are on this site? I tried searching it in the subtitles index and cannot find it.

You can download subbed drama here, just type "hitotsu no yane shita" in the bracket for searching torrents, and it's there...
I watched it just recently, and it's damn nice;)

I found the english hardsubs at the SARS site now. Thanks. Found what I gather, we'll have to wait for english subs for part II?

We need to get Season 2 Subtitled FAST!!!!!!!!

Any other dramas that have the same feel, sentimentality, humor, etc. like Hitotsu Yane No Shita 2??

Hotman is often mentioned to be quite similar, although I didn't find it as moving.

I don't think there is any plan to sub Hitotsu yane no shita 2 at the moment.

You never know though~ SARS always has these "secret projects" that they're working on under the radar and the second season could definitely be one of them!! Laugh
I'm definitely hoping so because I loved the first season!

Sorry, this is not one of our "secret projects." We don't have RAWs for the second season, so we can't work on it.
