I believe what Ginoru meant is not that you have to change the timing for keyhole.
You have to find out the difference from your country to Japan (for example, when it's 23:45pm inJapan, it's 15:45pm in Germany) and then you have to use keyhole to just watch it.

the file here is the same size as on jpopsuki I think. Maybe it is the same file.
For the pending, the uploader made a mistake, that is why it is still pending.
So now it depends on the uploader to correct the mistake, than it will be available.

The extension is .ts because it's HD.
I got it on Jpop Suki and I'm watching right now, it's full of little funny moments especially during the medley when all JE members are mixed.
