| If you pay for the iPod Touch might as well pay $100 more to get the iPhone since it's an iTouch with a phone. I'd wait for another month since the next gen iPhone's supposed to be released in a month. I have no prob with the touch screen.

My brother bought an iTouch because he didn't have enough money to buy the iPhone.
Sometimes I use it to play at Super Mario and I have no problem with the touch screen, really.
But I still prefer the iPod Classic, not enough space on the iTouch for me... (or too much dramas, I dunno xD)
But if I had money, I'd choose the phone.

It might be difficult at the beginning cause there are a lot of stuff indeed but then you become used to that.
The only problem is that I don't like touching the screen = need to clean even with a protection.
and too many functions, options... I like simple things. That's why I prefer the iPod Classic at the end.

I would go for a iPhone 3G , its coming out on th 11th of July.
But i reckon it would be heaps of expensive thou.
