if you were Ah Chau (Linda) would you hate your mum knowing all the evil she did?

That's a hard question - No matter what she is your mum you can't disown her because she is really nice to her daughter, everything she does is for her.
I think I would stick with my mum but tel the truth!

It's hard to imagine being in Ah Chau's position, the Chinese proverbs says, "both side of your palm is your own flesh"..what can we do? Ah Chau cannot disown her own mother neither can she hate her mother..is still her mother....but I guess what she did was right...I think she knows her mother's dirty tricks ever since she was young, and now out of her conscience and guilt, she has to do what she did, otherwise, she will be living in guilt all her life... pity her...

I'm not a very nice person. I would yell at her and probably won't be the nicest to her either. I mean, fine, Chau (Linda) was a kid back then when she helped out her mom steal Jo. However, as you get older, you have a mind of your own. I'd treat the mom as Ka (Moses) treats the step-mom. And it's BS if you think that the mom was looking out for her daughter - this mom is looking out for herself. The kids on Jo's side of the family are the biggest morons who don't even know how to stand up to ppl. There are just some things in life where you have to stand up to the elders even if you will be frowned upon.
On a side note: Ho (Ray) should have slapped Chau (Linda) when she told him the truth. She is NOT a friend. It's like saying, "I'm sorry that I stole your family, lived a rich lifestyle, got an awesome education....and I left you with the burdens of poor life." WTH?! And it's BS that she didn't want her mom to steal half his family. If she didn't want to, she would have said something a long time ago. And being weak and young is no excuse!

| I use ConvertXtoDVD use the version 3 because you can set the setting to Pan and Scan which makes it bigger to watch on the TV. Otherwise it comes out really small.
