Description:
Hong Kong star Nicholas Tse continues his string of period action dramas with the exciting epic series The Spirit of the Sword. This is Tse's third starring role in a Gu Long adaptation, following Big Shot and Proud of Twins, and he is clearly in his element, handling both the action and drama with convince and charisma. Television fans may remember ATV's classic 1978 The Spirit of the Sword adaptation starring the late Leslie Cheung, but this new updated version is an equally worthwhile and star-studded affair. Other than Tse, the drama stars EEG labelmate Gillian Chung of Twins, as well as Hong Kong actor Patrick Tam (Born Wild) and Taiwanese singer/actress Annie Yi (Poor Prince).

This new version of The Spirit of the Sword departs from the original novel by revolving around Japanese swordsman Bai Yi Ren, offering a new perspective on the story. Tse stars as a young swordsman who travels to the Middle Kingdom in search of seven mythical swords to fulfill his father's dying wishes.

Though he has no intentions of causing trouble, his quest unwittingly brings him into conflict with the martial arts world as he gets pulled into mysterious conspiracies and a dangerous clash with his stepbrother.

Is it me or the sound seems kind of off sync like the action and the sound effect seems off? I know its not my computer nor my codecs cause for other videos works perfectly.

this sucks....not the drama...but man i checked earlier and i had 87% done on the last batch...i come back and the whole thing has stoped...and now i have to do the whole series...i thought you said your going to do it one by one over the weekend....not all in one day.....

Uhh yea it is the weekend for me. And i did delete them one by one; there isn't an option to do a batch delete. I didn't say one per weekend. i said i will be deleting the individual batch torrents. Anyway, its not like you can't resume what you have already. that topic has been discussed time and again. If you don't know how to choose certain torrents for resume or fetch, you could go to visit the faq page or the tech spot; there you will find plenty of guides on how to do so.

Edit:
I didn't do this to be mean to anyone, but its sort of a way to force everyone to join in hand on the seeding and leeching process. As you know most of the faster leechers and uploaders are already gone and done. Most of the left are average dsl and cable upload / download speeds ( 500+kb/s download, 30-100kb/s upload rates ). It's nicer to balance that out rather than wait for people to complain about slow speeds on older batches.

Cmon leechers. Please help to seed. Or would you all rather receive 5kb/s upload rate for the next future releases? That can be easily arranged to happen. I don't believe that out of all the completed users so far has given back their 1:1 ratio. That is unless of course they are all on fat bandwidth which i highly doubt.

Edit:
70 more gigs and the torrent box will cease to seed any further. That given, the box has already put 330GB; it will stop at 400GB total.

Hi robx,

What is happening to the file? I was downloading the bits and pieces and stopped at episodes 11-15 because you've compiled the files. Now I have been downloading the complete one for days and it now stops at 49.3%.

Can anything be done? Sad
