I'm not a fan of Takurazuka (All Female Theater Revues) musicals -- they're a bit too theatrical for me -- but here's some information that may be helpful:
YesAsia has one DVD featuring Takarazuka for sale. The DVD is a 2-Disc set that features the musical "Ai to Seishun no Takarazuka - Koi yorimo Inochi yorimo" (http://us.yesasia.com/en/PrdDept.aspx/code-j/section-videos/pid-1002803169/)
It is a Region 2 DVD however.
There's also a fan website which has links to sellers of Takarazuka goods (mostly YesAsia again):
