Hey I want to start a subbing group but all I can do is translate, and I need a timer. I will also need to convert my files but that shouldn't be a big problem. I want to start with these TVB Series:
-Welcome To The House
-Stephen's Diary
Or if anyone could teach me to time that would be great. I don't understand any of the tutorials? O.o Thanks! =] _________________ 사랑한다 연세 || APPRECIATE LIFE || 열심히해야지

I could be wrong, but TVB dramas have chinese hardsubs right, if so,
the following tutorial is for ripping the timing off of a video with chinese hardsubs:

But one tip: I wouldn't start a series that has 100 episodes(eg. Welcome to the House), especially if you're subbing it yourself(if you have a dedicated group, then it might work out).
I didn't see how many episode Stephan's Diary has, but since it's a comedy, I think it should have much fewer episodes?
Hope this helps,

| Thanks! Yea I relalie love welcome to the house and I watch each episode at least like five times ahha so I figure I could probably translate all of them. But stephen's diary is only 12 episodes..it's hilarious. _________________ 사랑한다 연세 || APPRECIATE LIFE || 열심히해야지
