Heh, kinda nice feeling to say past halfway, while having only done 3 eps! Anyway, enjoy, looks like I'll finish this one! Ep 4 is for the most part done.

First of all, THANKS so much for doing this series, I've really enjoyed it so far, and look forward to the last half!
Question to everyone out there: is it just me, or does the RAW to Ep 3 have a glitch from 03:10 -> 03:20? (basically right before, and during the opening title "LESSON 3").
I just want to know if it's there in the original RAW file that everyone has (that I got via Bit Torrent from the torrent here at D-Addicts) or not. If no one else has such a 10-second area where the sound and picture go all weird (from 03min 10sec to 3min 20sec) and it's just me, I'll re-download it, but as it takes a while, and I suspect it's there on everyone's Raw for Ep. 3.
Thanks!
(The reason I'm asking is because the glitch in this episode is causing all the programs I use to deal with video not to want to load or work with this episode. I can view it with Windows Media Player -- with lots of crackles and pops during those 10 seconds -- but anything else refuses to load it. I like to make homemade DVDs of the Jdramas to watch on my large TV instead of my terrible computer monitor -- and no, I'm not one of the scum selling the stuff on ebay, it's just for me because I have a great TV and a crappy monitor and I like to keep Jdrama on watchable DVDs for the future. Everything I'd normally use won't load this episode except VirtualDubMod, but errors out at that very spot. Other programs from TMPEGE to AVIDEMUX and anything else refuse to play it)....

Yay! Thank you so much for subbing ep 3! Awesome!
As for the video quality, I was the one who uploaded the raws, and I am afraid that was the best I could do for episode 3. My source is this set of VCDs that all appear to be corrupted somehow. Trying to get episode 3 off of it was nearly impossible @_@ That was the best I could manage ;_; My copy has those glitches too. Hopefully someone else can come up with a better copy *_*

Emi801,
No, don't apologize... thanks so much for getting the RAWs in the first place! I did find a work-around (tedious, but it works.. if anyone's interested read below).
But thanks Emi801 and Taro for bringing it to us!
(my workaround: I loaded the MPEG2 stream into VirtualDubMod. There's a setting in VirtualDubMod where you can have it "skip past" mistakes (otherwise it stops at the error and doesn't go on). This "works" but it causes an audio sync problem after the glitch area for the rest of the episode (which is almost the entire episode). But I was still able to save it using VirtualDubMod as an AVI file, and then used "AVIDEMUX" (freeware) to load and fool around with it (AVIDEMUX will normally load MPEG2 files, but won't load episode 3 because of the glitch... I had to "wash it" through VirtualDubMod first, then save it as AVI, and THEN AVIDEMUX would load it OK). Now AVIDEMUX has an "audio shift" command, so what I did was, split the file into two parts. The first 3 mins or so (where the sync is good) was one part, where I didn't change the sync. But from about 3:20 on, I used the "audio shift" command in AVIDEMUX to get the sound synced up right. The correct number (on my system anyway) was (positive) 350. By doing that, then the sound came out right. So then I just later joined the two AVI files together. It's a bit cumbersome I know, but I hate audio sync problems. ANyway, this is long and boring, but thought I'd just post in case anyone else wanted to "fix" it. Of course if you just use WindowsMediaPlayer it plays past the glitch and you don't have audio sync problems, but just about any other program (where you can control or render it) has it, so this was my solution. But thanks everyone, for taking on this project.. it's a great little "mini drama!"

| This is probably never going to happen because the series is so old, but... does anyone have the OST they could upload? I kind of like it... it's the most Hollywood of any Jdrama I've seen, but it fits really well (along with the Back to the Future fonts at the end). There's some really good tracks on the show...

| Heh, ok, I guess it wasn't only me. Wonder if the creators were fans of the Back to the Future. Theres the ending words of course, and the bg music as you mentioned, and the high school dance thing.
