I guess the topic says it all.
I'd love to visit a country that has rich spiritual history *Vatican, Italy, India, Tibet (Even though Tibet really isn't a country and China is supressing them =/)

Picking just one country is too hard - there are a lot of places I'd want to visit.
If I choose from the countries that are closer to where I am then it would have to be Italy and Spain. If we're talking about the East then I'd really like to go to Thailand and Japan.
