Currently, I'm obsessing over...
Jeong Jae Gon from his role as Li Daozong in the period drama Dae JoYoung! He is so uber sexy, and such a fine looking man (plus, he looks good on a horse!)! His eyes are gorgeous! Buuu~ut I have to be respectable ... he's married with a daughter. *pout*
My other boys are...
Jang Dong Gun -- What can I say? The man is an adonis but is humble, which makes him even more sexy! And as an actor, he is an emotional power house esp. in 2009:Lost Memories and Friend! I am so looking forward to his US debut with Laundry Warrior!^^
Kim Sang Kyeong -- He is a flawless actor! I fell in love w/him as an actor from Memories of Murder, and as a heartthrob in World of Silence for his strong, gentle character that seems very much him. I cannot wait to see his new film, May 18!
Yu Ji Tae -- I'm surprised no one else seemed to mention him?! Now known for his role in Oldboy, I loved him in roles such as Anarctic Journal, Attack the Gas Station, Into the Mirror, Running Wild and LIBERA ME !! He is the most trusted young cinema actor who always delivers a solid performance! I also admire him for his devotion to acting as an art, and can relate to him from his growing up with a single mother and how that was hard for them. He's a cutie!!
Ko Soo aka Go Su. -- Oh my friggin' gosh...I adore Ko Soo for...everything!! He is rugged, yet beautiful and oh-so-modest...almost shy! I just look at him and melt! I actually first saw Ko Soo in his first and only film Some and later in Green Rose. Looking forward to the end of his two year military stint in March!
Joo Jin Mo -- Most known for his movie roles in Musa and 200 Pound Beauty, and the dramas Queen of the Game and Dance in the Sky aka Bichunmoo, Joo's acting syle, and his aura on screen are very much like Jang Dong Gun, but with a lot more of that "Bad Boy" thing goin' on. He's HOT!!! But he can act, too...my personal favourite is Real Fiction . I wait for that really good dramatic role that will be a break-out for him! He deserves it, too!
Song Il Guk -- Yes, his performance as Yeom Moon in the incrediable period drama Emperor of the Sea made me believe in romance. Though I was disappointed in Jumong, sadly. However, I first saw him in a horror film and remember thinking that he reminded me of my favourite Japanese actor Toru Nakamura...tall, skinny, cute and a little dorky!! ^_^ So it was amazing seeing him portray Yeom Moon who is strong, dark and manly!! ^.^ I also like that in interviews he always seems reserved...someone once commented that it seemed he had no sense of humor. Which isn't true!
There's more, but these guys are my ABSOLUTE favourites and/or the most main stream.
