Japanese culture is full of segregation and categories.

Anyhows, "Elite" deals with someone's background, upbringing, etc. Someone who comes from a rich family, went to a good (read: famous) school, works at a good company, etc. is considered "elite".

There's nothing wrong with doing that. They come along so fast, nowadays... Plus, I'd much rather wait for something of quality than watch a stream that can potentially leave you with ドラマ blueballs.

Downloadable TV shows will do nothing for TV companies; ratings earn them sponsors, which in turn earns them money. Why would they divert people to the internet and lose lots of money? Doesn't work at all. It may have worked for music, but it won't work for TV... especially since the quality of LEGA...

I run an HDMI cable to my TV from my video card. I basically did it because I picked up a BluRay/HD-DVD combo drive... so, it just worked out well for my files as well.

You can pretty much find it anywhere... ラッキー is a pretty common term, and I'm sure it's popped up quite a few times in hundreds of Dramas...

But, off the top of my head, Toda Erika is someone who has used it recently. I'm sure Sato Eriko and Mizuki Arisa have been guilty of it lately, as well.
