Mukodono 2003 is not a sequel to Mukodono 2001. Instead, it's a remake/alternative version. You can get them from JEM torrent or download direct from some websites such as dramaFFA and jdrama community at livejournal

To be honest, this series is too SADDDDDDDDDD. The ending was like, "hehhhhhhhhhhhhh? Just like that?" The OST is nice but still sad.....
