why don't you just upgrade plans with Optus?
then you don't have to pay any cancellation fees.

i am on the optus cable 20/40 plan, so i get 60gb a month for $60 (i think its $70 now),
which seems reasonable to me.
but i heard they are canceling these plans soon, so don't wait too long.

The TPG business plans offer true unlimited, but I think you need an ABN to get them. The 1.5mb plan is $150/month (yeah, it's expensive, but so is any true unlimited).

Other than that your best bet is to go with someone like Exetel who only charge $1 for every gb over your limit.
