Yes, it's him. It's been loud about Rain starting in this movie lately. But I think it has no sense 'cause it's not leading role and I think that he didn't act in this movie longer then 10 minutes
Besides, his English isn't good enough to act in American movie...

I really liked episodes 1 & 2 and I'm waiting for subs to the third ep. Drama is very funny and I think that it's one of best sorimachi's TV shows.
