Well most of these people in this drama are ACTUAL actors/actresses, so they should be able to convey the character.

I agree with Neeko about being similar with Hana Yori Dango when the class is all against her and I didn't like how cold they were towards her. Though Hana Yori Dango is my favorite drama, Hana Kimi has a great story on it's own and doesn't need to add all those parts in just because it was success...
