Kimutaku, although he tends to act uniformly at times, as most japanese actors do, I find Karei naru Ichizoku his most compelling role. While japanese actors in general are either stoic or exaggerated, the plot of japanese dramas are thought-provoking. For example, Anego. Baka-jin was in there and h...

I don't think Xiang Qing is dumb. If she really was, no matter how hard Zhi Shu tries to tutor her, she wouldn't understand it. I think she's a little clueless that she acts a little weird (remember the costume party where she dressed-up as a japanese ghost?) or that she has stalker tendencies. lol!...

I had to cast a vote for only one, so I chose Vic. But really, it's almost a three-way tie with Joe Cheng and Mike He. I've loved Viz Zhou since his Meteor Garden days. While most Filipinos loved Jerry, I fell in love with the soft-spoken, dreamy-eyed and very skinny Zaizai. lol! He's even more gorg...

Well, though I agree that the acting in this series is kinda bland and that the actors don't command the scenes, I'm still watching the series. Jin is so cute you can't help yourself but watch him. Besides, there's this Mike He episode. He's a Taiwanese actor/model, as for the accent, his lines were...

Really, there's a big fuss about crooked teeth here. In fairness, in most Asian countries, as the actors/actresses grow older or get more famous, they start to make adjustments with their teeth. For example, Vic Zhou and Jun Matsumoto, they now have a set of really good teeth, but before, when they ...

Lol! Filipinos have this weird sense of associating caucasians as germans when they cannot understand what they're saying. It's a joke, actually. So, when Filipinos say you speak German or that you're probably German, most often than not, they're telling you that they can't understand you and your ...

One time, I saw him perform in Music Station and he...

I'm Filipino but I don't watch teleseryes. They're too taxing to watch and most of the times, the storylines are just recycled and with almost no ingenuity at all. Although I must say that the actors are really good (at least some, most of whom are from ABS-CBN), its just that the plots are either l...
