Says it will contain all "11 stories and including the last unseen 12th story" direct translation. Whether this 12th episode will contain a lot of new footage is another question though...

If you had read the last 2 pages of this topic then you'd know episode 12 is confirmed to be on the DVD...and just be patient guys, the DVD came out on the 7th, don't get your hopes up for such a fast release. SP comes with the DVD box set which will be released in Japan around the 7th of December. It would be awesome if Love Song subbed it, which I can assume they might, because they have done the whole series already

It will be an extra episode, extended maybe with all new footage, that picks up from after the events episode 11. So yes, episode 12 will be on the DVD.
