Jazzl, shintee He's lost a lot of weight for that recent movie, MW. His character there is poisoned by a chemical (or biological) weapon when he was a kid and since then his body is failing and he can't feel emotions. That's why he's so thin now. An SP tanpatsu connected to the movie is already out...

I too like villians better :) They are always brighter and more complicated. And I guess, It is a much harder work to play a really interesting main hero. A work that not so many can do. What I got from a Japanese source is that supposedly he and Abiruu secretly (but not secretly enough, apparently) met around pleasure quarters. Then they went to a caraoke club where they spent some hours. After they were finished there he and Yuu being drunk got away in a car that came to pick them...

So now that Keikan no Chi's done with, I really don't think he has much lined up. At least, not until Kamui comes out, which is like in September I think. That's a pity really. I only hope he makes again some travelling program, I like those photos he takes :) And maybe he will have some new series...

First saw him in Onmyoji some years back (which pretty much intoduced me to Japan) and absolutely fell in love with him. I watched RAW when I couldn't find subtitles and just needed to see the Japanese movie or drama.
