Hmmm....to destress? What I would normally do is:

1. Sleep
2. Watch sitcoms
3. Listen to some slow & relaxing music
4. A long hot shower.
Note: Do not over do this. For example.. too much sleep can make you feel lethargic.

Hmmm...my first j-drama? It's gotta be 'Beach Boys'. Loved it....Ryoko Hirosue was so young that time. Aaah...those good ol' days. haha

As for K-drama...it would be 'Goong'. *blush*
