I highly recommend Trick series (all 3 seasons). They're currently being seeded well, so you can grab them now. I enjoyed the series tremendously. It's hilarious, the characters have great chemistry together, the stories are well developed. I'm sure, you'll learn a trick or more when you finish this...

That's right, I think I'm starting to like Jun more in this drama. But then, I think it's okay to discuss his acting in this thread, because commenting on the actor's portrayal of the character is also part of a discussion, ne :)? I was very impressed with the subtlety of that particular scene so I ...

and ya, my fav scene would be same as some of you. the part where jun was just acting with eyes alone (the shoe part). the content and shifts in content in his eyes are really food for thought. just like my fav scenes in ep 1 was the dinner table scene and standing alone on the street scene (before...

It's a tad too early to compare, don't you think?? Meteor Garden is completed, whereas HYD has just started, and only the first episode was shown. It might seem serious and dark for now, but who knows, it might get lighter in later episodes. But no matter what, I like the Japanese version better. I ...

Just finished episode 3, and I really did cry near the end. The main actress acts so well. I have never seen her in any dorama before, but she really amazed me in this drama. She has such natural appearance on the screen, and her acting is refreshing as well. I'm truly hooked now.

^^ Yeah I'd really like to know as well!! It's just not the same if you can't understand what the characters are saying!! i feel yah. i think i based my first two opinions on the subless episode. but now with the subs on, everything just makes sense and sounds familiar. it might have been compresse...

I guess this is the reason I see this dorama in a little bit different way then you guys. I don't have an opinion on how the characters should look like that one is too short and the other is not hot enough. So won't be compering this dorama to MG/anime/manga or whatever got released. but I guess n...

I finished the first episode a couple of hours ago, and honestly, I have mixed feelings about it. I highly anticipated the drama, and I myself have read the manga and watched the Taiwanese version, so I came to view HYD with some set expectation in mind. I agree that the cinematography and the actin...

Hm, I on the other hand, like the atmosphere in this drama a little bit more than Sekai Chuushin. I love how the drama focuses more on the family aspect, you see a whole loving family and how much the girl is loved. It's going to be devastated for these people when they all find out about the illnes...

Today is the day, yes XD. I just finished watching the cast interview, and I must say, Oguri Shun is SOOOO CUTE, lol. Okay, the other 3 guys look good too, and they actually look their parts now. And I'm starting to like Jun a little bit more. I like his eyes, really pretty, lol. It's around 2 a.m n...

i've just watched the first episode of this drama .. and i totally love it so far ! ! At first i didn't know about this drama, i just thought the title was pretty sad so decided to have a go with it. And i end up liking this drama. Was this a real life story? I never knew that ... I think the girl ...

Re: [Discussion] S.O.S Strawberry on the Shortcake *Spoilers

The characters were all very deep. After watching the above mentioned dramas, now I see what people mean by saying that jdramas are less repetitive than kdramas. Kdramas have all your typical characters, typical personalities (we all know what I'm talking about here), but jdramas' characters are al...

New favorite, the ending song in One Litre of Tears: Only Human sung by K. A great song, the emotions are packed, I feel sad just listening to it.
