With my service, Jnet, I use the HD (640x360) + Kansai package (ABC/Yomiuri/Kansai/MBS/TV Osaka), which streams at 1mbps and I still have moments where my stream hiccups (like right now, ahahaha), so I always download my dramas because nothing beats downloading and receiving a near dvd quality file....
