Generally most k-drama's have horrible kisses. I'd say the best kiss in a k-drama that I've seen is in Smile, You ep 24. But these two also had amazing chemistry together in this drama.
City Hall also had a pretty good kiss scene in it also.
Overall most of the kiss scenes are never convincing
