I was member a long time ago, but I discovered my account was deleted:

Flash is not praised for the security, its one of the biggest security hole in a system (plenty of exploit available), its so used because its very easy to code.

How reliable is PD with an upload speed under 50kb/s?
I know it demand 100kb/s, but does it automatically limit the download speed?
