That may be the prob, my encoding is set to "Western European (ISO)" whenever I change it, the web browser would refresh and it would go back to the same encoding. How do u change it permanently?

It shows up as weird characters such as "¾Æ¶û Çö±âÀÇ Å×¸¶ " I could put em into word documents but not web browsers....mayeb it has to do with the encoding or something? I've checked my language bar bfore inputtin the characters

I have trouble inputing asian text on web browsers when I have already installed the Global IME, and properly set up the whole regional and language setup for asian charaters. I have tried many different ways to resolve this problem and even googled it but nothin was of use. any suggestions?
