is anyone else experiencing slow bittorent download speed with streamyx (Malaysia)?

this has been a big problem for me

i get only 1-5kb/s

i used to get much more

i think the actress playing hyorin is fantastic. we are supposed to 'hate' the character after all. if we were to replace her with another actress, the character will still be hated. but i doubt another actress can pull off those melancholic, pensive and bitter expressions so well. i do dislke hyori...
