Now that you guys mention it, yeah, Toda Erika isn't much of a good actress :)

And I might be the only one here, but I get irritated by Ayase Haruka sometimes. She's an OK actress but sometimes, I think she's meh.

Hey guys! Would any of you know how I can listen to Kimura's radio sihow? I have this app called TuneIn Radio and I can listen to many radio stations all over the world. It's just frustrating that I cannot find the Japanese stations I like, for example: Fukuyama Masaharu's radio show.

^ Agree. GTO was my first Jdorama and Sorimachi was just too darn good. This remake is OK. Good but not exactly comparable to the first. Just watch this without any big expectations.

I agree they should have made a second season. Heck, they should have made several seasons! This cast is one of the best I've seen in years (Shinsengumi included, of course).

I was torn between Shinsengumi and Ryomaden, but in the end, I had to pick Shinsengumi. All around brilliant cast. I love the directing, the back stories, everything. This is where I fell in love with Odajoe, haha.

Yes, I agree. I also think his big break was the Kenshin movie, which I really loved and made me a Sato Takeru convert. I was indifferent about him for a long time. But I thought he was great in Mr Brain. Then Kenshin came along and boom! Instant fan :)

Here in my country, anime and manga still are more popular than Jdoramas. I was one of the few who moved from anime to live action. Actually, I have not watched a single anime in the last year or so. It's all Jdorama for me.

I guess surgery is a sort of requirement when you are in the entertainment industry. I mean, it's not just limited to the Japanese or the Koreans. At least the Japanese ones are nice, right? Compared to those things you see in Hollywood.

I am craving for tonkatsu again. I already had it yesterday for lunch but man, I want to eat it again. Saboten serves the best tonkatsu in town. Do you have this restaurant in your cities?
