Why isn't it allowed anymore to use synopses from other sources? While a lot of synopses from older dramas are from KIKU, Fuji TV etc

I don't get why articles should be named in Japanese in the first place, most people don't speak Japanese so the English title is more useful. I don't see how eg. "Zeimu Chôsakan Madogiwa Tarô no Jikenbo" as article title would be more useful than "Tax Inspector Madogiwa Taro". A...
