I only have experiences with 1 Private Tracker ever (Jpopsuki), but I'm a over 10 years user with a very good ratio (15.90). I tried to apply a month ago but being bannded. I think I was banned because I don't have proof of using 2 Private Trackers... But I really only used Jpopsuki for many many ye...
