tried i get no picture only chopped up sound

well ive installed the full package of k-lite codecs which supposedly has every single codec out there yet it still doesnt work. Using class media it says cannot render file. VLC/windows media player juz won't show it. Tried crystal player/BSplayer still no luck i have no idea.

I'm able to play most of the rmvb files that i have but it won't play all of them. Does that mean i'm still missing codecs? Or is it the file itself?

thnx for all ur guys' help but i'll have to pass seeing that there's a chance that errors might come about while fixing this situation. Only reason why i wanted to figure out what was wrong was because this file is 200mb. It's much smaller compared to the full 700mb for one episode.

nevermind i found where menuselect and all that stuff was...but it still doesnt work VLC and windows media player still won't play it.
