I just found this and not sure if it will suit your tastes (from what I understand a knowledge of rpg games on ps2 or equivalent was required, especially dragonquest series) but I laughed a lot in first episode so I recommend you to check out Yuusha Yoshihiko to Maou no Shiro.

I didnt mean to use immature as a negative thing there, sorry for the confusion. I was trying to write that I think Taiga is a lot closer to his inner child than he realizes and has a lot growing up to do. This is not a bad thing imo. To be honest I do not even remember how I found the Shimokita so can't help you more than this.

I liked Shimokita (probably because it reminded me of love hina anime) and tried to find more. The next series I found (don't even remember the name) was more ero than ecchi and it turned me off.
