For me,the journey began at sailor moon, I had a group of friends in the 9th grade who were really addicted to it, and after the series ended in Canada I looked up resources on the internet and got someone to copy VHS fansub tapes for me. After that, I was really into anime for awhile, but lost inte...

What REALLY gets me is the constant WAITING...... I don't WANT to see three years later, I want the ...

Hmm, I didn't vote because I like both. I think softsubs are pretty good because it doesn't take a super-expert to make them, not that it's easy, but I'm by no means very good with technical stuff and I was able to do it. So I think softsubs give people like me more opportunity to contribute :) Hard...

3. One character, A, is flying out and another one, B, rushes to the airport to catch him or her. In spite of both having cellphones, B does not call A to find out A's whereabouts, but, instead, runs around frantically (looking for A). This will normally give A enough time to board before being cau...

GTO/Gokusen.... They're both crap to me! Personally, I don't think teachers should ever interfere with students' personal lives. feminine It seems more offensive than gay to me. Should we start naming males who are "feminine" as emales? Not to split hairs here, But what you were referring to was a man acting in the manner of what you perceived to be a woman. That has nothing to do with being homosexual, and the ton...

Since we have such an international scope here at d-addicts, I was curious about shows or dramas from other countries that you think are just as good as Asian dramas. I think many of us a d-addicts who rely on subtitles are pretty open-minded and interested in other cultures - and I know that wherev...
