Hallo allemaal ik woon in Nieuwegein en werk in Den Haag.

Laatste aziatische serie die ik gezien heb is de laatste deel van Densha Otoko.

Zeker een aanrader, het is een hele orginele en leuke serie.

Maja, wel jammer zo dat er geen andere zijn en dat er niet zo heel veel nederlanders er geinteresseerd in zijn. Ik vind echt dat mensen een fantastische wereld missen en dat ze er echt in aanraking mee (moeten?) komen.

Devil Beside You... Na vier afleveringen had ik er echt genoeg van. Ik vond het afschuwelijk om er naar te kijken. De hoofdpersoon, dat meisje, urgh... ze is zo irritant. Dus ik ben gestopt. =___=
Misschien probeer ik de series later nog een keer... Maar ik vond het niet zo goed.
De enige taiwanse dramas die ik tot nu toe goed vind zijn Mars en MG. Beide zijn gebasseerd op mangas die ik gelezen heb. Ze waren best goed uitgevoerd.
BTW MG2 was te slecht voor woorden in mijn opinie. Ik vond er niks aan >.>...
DBY is ook gebasseerd op een manga: Akuma de sourou. Heb je die gelezen?? De manga was veel beter. ^___^

Ooooh~~~ Ik kan niet wachted tot the Hana Yori Dango drama komt

I hou van de manga, MG was in feite best goed dus nu wacht in aandachtig op de jdorama.

Voglens mij was er ook in Eindhoven een anime/manga clubje... Kinjin als ik me niet vergis. Konnichiwa in Enschede zijn de grondleggers van de Abunai-conventies. En je kan natuurlijk zoeken naar mensen in de buurt via communities zoals AniWay forums ofzo. :]

Verder helpt het ook wel om je fan-heid te tonen op bijvoorbeeld school. Dankzij m'n serial experiments Lain tas heb ik wat mede-otaku's gevonden. ;)

Andere talen zijn ook mogelijk (bijv. Frans, Spaans, Duits etc) maja, ik kan alleen engels en nederlands

Die mangas zijn allemaal verkrijgbaar via mIRC, maar je moet eerst weten hoe je met het programma om moet gaan. Als je wilt kan ik ze naar http uploaden voor je. Dat gaat veel sneller.

This series is classic however it's quite old. The art therefore can be considered ugly in comparison to other mangas. Nevertheless, it's something you'll have to decide for your self since the story definitely makes up for the art (if it's considered a bad thing). to be honest I prefer English as well. I even picked a study here in the Netherlands for the main reason of the course language being english. And after my bachelor (and in the first trimester next year) I want to go abroad.

However, I can't complain about my current situation. I joined my current school because it had a bilingual course. (tweetalig vwo). The level of english isn't hard at all so it makes my life a lot easier.

I still think you're missing out on some great stuff. Some series are really good and there's such a wide range of genres that there's something for everyone. Atleast I believe so. But if you care for it, it's up to you~ I'm just stating my own opinion.

At the moment I'm both downloading and watching the Emperor of the Sea. It's a 51 episode long korean drama, based on a true figure in korean history. This series first caught my attention when a friend had highly recommended the drama. After watching Dae Jang Geum, which is by far my favourite korean drama, I decided to give Emperor of the Sea a try.
The first episodes introduces the protagonist in his younger days. It looked fairly interesting, however in the first episode you're encountered with some scenes with bad effects. I was disturbed by this because it looked poorly produced. A lot of dramas are done on low budgets but I still thought it could have been done better. I still continued to watch more because I can't simple judge a series on one episode. I hoped the story would make up for the bad scenes. Soon I found myself hooked on the story and I also noticed there weren't bad effects in the later episodes.
So now I'm hooked, once again. Being one third through the series I feel really lucky and anticipate watching every episode of what is left. Different compared to Dae Jang Geum, though very good in its own right, I believe Emperor of the Sea will become another one of my all time favourites.

In the beginning I couldn't get used to the main characters in his youth... Something about him just made me... annoyed, confused etc But when he's grown up he's really cool

I decided to download and watch the series after it had been voted Jdorama of the month. I hated it so much... I watched all episodes hoping the end would be good. It was probably the most illogical, stupid endings I have ever seen... I reallly wonder what other people think of the series >___<

Ja, hij was wel grappig. Veel dingen waren overdreven.
Het einde was echt niks, dit is dus ook niet één van me favorieten.

Ik wil Dae Jang Gum nog halen, maar die downloads zijn echt groot en ben momenteel bezig met wat andere downloads.

Mijn favorieten momenteel zijn: (JDrama) Sekai No Chuushin De, Kamisama Mou Sukoshi Dake, H2 Kimi to Itahibi, Summer Snow, Last Christmas & Tokyo Wankei.

Je moet Dae Jang Geum echt downloaden, ookal is het een lange series. Het is het zeker waard!!!

Ik ben momenteel Green Rose aan het downloaden. Het ziet er best interesant uit.

It's so difficult to choose my favourite series. However, with Dae Jang Geum it's only natural... It made a DEEP impression on me. I never wanted that series to end >_<
btw... Summer Snow was my first drama. I believe it was a good choice and I cried my eyes out T_T

Currently watching: Chinese Paladin (cdrama), Gokusen 2 (jdrama), Ms. Kim's million dollar quest & My sister in law is 19 (kdrama)

Best ones in my opinion are Mars and Konna koi no hanashi, they're both not really the genre of my preference, but they were just good.

I downloaded the drama before but then my harddisk crashed and I lost the whole series. Afterwards I downloaded it a second time, this time burned it

Soon after a HQ version of the series was released.... Which i downloaded aswell although it's only 1 ep.
Vic Zhou is truly handsome.

Weet iemand via welke group ik Dae Jang Geum kan dowloaden met Usenet?

Alhoewel BT redelijk snel gaat, gaat t downloaden via Usenet sneller, je kan er in een korte tijd aardig wat Gigs mee binnen halen.

Een andere manier om Dae Jang Geum zo snel mogelijk binnen te halen zou ook hartelijk zijn.

Aangezien me pc veel lawaai maakt, download ik veel Doramas via me laptop, ik kan dan ongestoord rustig slapen. Het enige probleem is dat ie maar een harde schijf heeft van 30G, dus ik kan niet te veel series in 1 keer downloaden. Heb t al een paar keer gedaan door een aantal series tegelijk te downloaden en steeds een aantal eps naar me ext. te schrijven, maar me lapie wordt er zo sloom van en begint vaak te trippen.

Hmm almost identical as the indonesian one, but hey...
The numbers of the Dutch D-addicts-community seems to grow..
or is in my imagination? Well I am Dutch too, but prefer the "tag" Javanese (cause I'm full blood Javanese and wasn't born in Holland,sooo.... )

Well I live in uhm 3 towns. each week.
Monday,Tuesdays in Almere,
Wednesday till Friday in Gouda
and Sathurday and Sunday in Amsterdam...
Complicated? Well...no.. home, work and parents-related..

What I wanted to say was...
a while ago I was asking my best friend to join forces with me to start a website containing:
- full drama-information
- linkings to torrent-files (if legal) or websites, where to download,
- actors-profiles
- and a community work-around.
A little bit like Jdorama, but not region-related (so, as well Kdrama, Cdrama, TWdrama etc)
Of course he wanted to join me.. but we had one problem.. As you already have seen
(and still see) on the D-addicts-website, the numbers of Drama's is growing every
week, and with the two of us alone.. we'll never make it to even start the website.

So, what i was wondering is, if anyone is willing to join our 2 headed team and make something of the "to-be-created" website..

- Already have a WIN2003 server ready, located at Schiphol-Rijk., just need volunteers to fill the databases with information.

Bedankt, ik zal t effe checken.

Kdramas zijn best goed, t enige is dat de meeste series echt lang zijn. Tussen de 16 en 20 eps per serie, maar ze zijn zeker de moeite waard. Een goeie om mee te beginnen is Delightful Girl Choon Hyang (17 eps), daarna in ieder geval Stairway to Heaven (20 eps), Green Rose (20 eps).

Er zijn gewoon een aantal heb ik gemerkt die je gewoon moet zien, Ik hoor van iedereen dat Dae Jang Geum er één van is. Had alleen geen tijd om die achter elkaar te downloaden omdat ik andere series compleet wou hebben en zien.

Dae Jang Geum staat nu ook ergens boven aan me lijstje.

Ik heb wel een stel Koreaanse films gezien, Old Boy bijvoorbeeld was wel grappig (maar zo goed ook weer niet), Windstruck was ok, ik denk dat de leukste Koreaanse film ik heb gezien is: Whasango (Volcano High) en Foul King

heb er veel meer gezien maar die namen weet ik zo nu niet uit m'n hoofd.

da's juist het probleem met die series, als je er nieuw bij bent of zelfs te laat is een serie van 11eps wel in te halen, maar om dan gelijk 20ep- serie te gaan downloaden vind ik minder.

ik zal zeker die series hierboven genoemd gaan uitproberen (als ik die kan vinden natuurlijk)

Mensen hier hebben het over anime-clubs op universiteiten... nou, het lijkt er op dat het vrij nerdy is om anime en voornamelijk Japanese cultuur interessant te vinden

, want ik ken echt veel mensen op de VU Amsterdam die behoorlijk fanatiek series volgen/kijken. Er zijn ook een paar keer per jaar anime avonden waar in principe vrije inloop geldt (er wordt wel alleen binnen de universiteit geadverteerd hiervoor). Er is niet echt een club zoals ze dat in Enschede bijvoorbeeld wel hebben, maar gewoon wat mensen leren kennen met dezelfde interesses is al enorm leuk. Dramas heb ik nog nooit iemand over gehoord eigenlijk, het is echt voornamelijk anime en manga. Desalnietemin best grappig

Wat een lang en actief topic is dit al inmiddels trouwens

. Meer Nederlanders dan ik had verwacht.

Wat ik zelf heb gekeken: GTO, Densha Otoko en Delightful Girl Choon-Hyang. Alledrie geweldige series, met elk hun sterke en toch ook wel zwakke kanten... ook heb ik een gedeelte van Summer Snow gezien waar ik nog eens verder mee wil gaan.
Verder kijk ik veel J/K/C/HK films.

En verder.. tja.. ik heb ook wat vrienden van me waarmee ik af en toe eens gezellig bij wat anime ga kijken, maar echt zo'n club is dat inderdaad niet ^^;
Maaruh.. Je hoeft geen 'stuut' te zijn om anime/manga/japanse cultuur interessant te vinden. :] Neem mij bijvoorbeeld

Ennuh, j0wi3-dude... Datzelfde wat wacko daarnet zei geldt ook voor mij. Ik zou eventueel misschien wel kunnen helpen met het opzetten van de site, maar volgens mij heb ik te weinig kennis van drama-series om inhoudelijk van hulp te kunnen zijn ^^; En verder verwijs ik iemand die informatie zoekt meestal door naar dit forum, de wiki die erbij hoort of jdorama.com. Aangezien de gemiddelde Nederlander die zich op internet bevindt zich de Engelse taal meester is, moet dat verder geen probleem zijn. Waarom een site beginnen als de informatie elders ook al staat? Zo'n idee heb ik, dan. Begrijp me niet verkeerd, ik zou het best leuk vinden als er een puur Nederlandse community ontstaat, maar dan zullen we waarschijnlijk toch altijd wel terugvallen op d-addicts, omdat hier bijvoorbeeld ook de torrents staan. (;

Heyhey....ik kyk persoonlijk geen anime's, maar t valt me wel op dat de "stuutjes" daar naar kijken..
of is dat toevallig (A) hahahah...achjaa mensen moeten zelf weten..maar ik kyk vooral T-Drama en K-Drama.....

hier een vietnameze amerikaanse nederlander. Woon nu al 10 jaar in amerika, maar was geboren en opgegroeid in Nederland.
Wist niet dat er zoveel nederlanders waren die ook drama series leuk vinden?
Wat is de favoriete asian drama nu in Nederland? of is het hetzelfde overal in de wereld. Lovestory in Harvard heeft mij verslaafd gemaakt...

Ik kijk iig Twdrama, Jdrama, Kdrama, Cdrama (eigenlijk alleen Chinese Paladin), ik pak overal gewoon de beste comedy mee
