Seito Shokun & Jikou Keisatsu 2, I definitely gonna watch this two if it's true. And I think Sexy Voice & Robo is based on the manga with a same name. MangaScreener has the translated version of the manga...

I haven't seen confirmation yet of Kodoku no Kake or Seito Shokun. Jikou Keisatsu is confirmed by http://www.tv-asahi.co.jp/jikou/

Some unconfirmed news that I've seen reported elsewhere:
- a SP called "Watashi no Atama no Naka no Keshigomu" starring Fukada Kyoko and Oikawa Mitsuhiro
- "Hoshizora Hospital" (NHK, Sat 21:00) starring Kikukawa Rei
- "Yagyu Jubei Nanaban Shobu: Saigo no Tatakai" (NHK, Thu 20:00) starring Murakami Hiroaki

EDIT: Yagyu Jubei is confirmed. It starts on Apr 5.
EDIT: Also found confirmation of the "Watashi no Atama" SP, though no broadcast date has been announced.

EDIT: "Hoshizora Hospital" is pretty much confirmed, though I haven't seen details of how long it's going to run (i.e. whether it's a short two-week one, or a longer one like "Hagetaka").

Otherwise, doesn't seem like an interesting season to me, but I'll wait until the plotlines are up. I'm actually hoping there's nothing to watch so I can catch up with this season.

It's actually a comedy where Oda and Ueno get married, and then Oda discovers that Ueno's mother is a former lover of his. Should be fun

It is based on the manga and the manga is great and quite different. I hope that some one decides to do fan subs for this series.

Wow, a May drama special for Erika Toda too? Gosh, she works so hard. Is her role in that one actually confirmed? It kinda scares me that she's working so hard, what with LIAR GAME also being filmed during then, I think.

Found information about new drama with Sushi Ouji by Doumoto Kouichi & Nakamaru Yuuichi at Friday 11:15 from July at TV asahi. And it is confirmed http://www.tv-asahi.co.jp/sushi-oji/

Also there is another new drama called Shin Machiben Otona No Deban by Watari Tetsuya, Ishizaka Kouji, Chii Takeo, Sakashita Chiriko, Tomosaka Rie at NHK Saturday 9pm for 6 episodes.

Noticed in the paper today that Fuji TV will be airing a Chibi Maruko drama this season (maybe longer?), called "Marumaru Chibi Maruko-chan". I don't know how many eps there will be, but it starts on 4/19 and will air every Wed at 7pm (earlier than the typical drama).

There were a bunch of casting changes for the Sakura household, including for the role of Maruko. Only Grandpa was left the same.
*sigh* I'll miss Shimizu Michiko and Takahashi Katsumi as the parents... we'll see how Sakai Noriko (!!) does as the new mother though (nothing against Sakai, but I just have a hard time picturing as a cranky mother )...

Yay! looks like I'll have plenty to watch this spring

Season? The first two Chibi Maruko-chan dramas were both tanpatsus, and this one is a completely new show (it's half drama, half variety).

I'm not sure where you're getting those dates from. As far as I know, both were aired on single nights (April 18 and October 31). They both contained 3 stories, but they were shown in a single block.

Once the wiki is back up, I'll correct that information. I pulled those dates from the cached version on Google. Reading the Japanese Wikipedia, it mentions "3 parts" on each run. I've never seen the live version (watched the anime).
