I'm totally thankful for your subs, and the fact that they come out fast is pretty great too.

But, if people are violating your rule, then it's pretty much up to you. Some people put up rules that say they'll delay the release by a day for every violation that they find. Personally, I think that's a great idea because consequences enforce a rule.

Also, you should probably send the violators a pm and ask those people to stop uploading them.

Anyway, it's up to you. Hopefully, you won't completely stop subbing.

But, if you feel that a hiatus would make people take your rules seriously, then I'm willing to wait. It's seriously wrong to disobey the simple rules made by someone like you who took the time and effort to release things for us for free. IF people did that to me, I'd be royally pissed.

It's really up to you. You're the one doing the hard work and honestly if you feel like you want people to respect your rule, you do your thing. We can all wait.... well I can because I have been busy with marching band since a week ago... I can't determine people's patience...

If people get upset with you, ignore them.

Now that you mention it... I have came upon a hard subbed of your subs... I didn't think about it much though...

But I don't see why they need to hardsub and put them up... I mean I do understand but if people can't download... then too bad (???). Anywhoo, my main point is the decision is all up on you... and no pressure added.

Anywhoo I can't wait fo episode 6! I hope it wasn't as boring as the previous.... well at least I won't be agonizing with the wait.

Well I think you should make your own acc at a streaming site (preferably Veoh) so you could get the credit for your work and people could still enjoy watching hana kimi with your softsubs ^.^ Well thats just my opnion on things =D Also, this kind of scenario it worked with the DoReMii fansub group and also with the Intangible fansub group. They both have their own acc at Veoh so the credit goes to them

But I don' think he wants his work on streaming sites...if I'm not mistaken...

I would be heartbroken if you stopped subs for a week...but thats' just me. (but do as you must...I think I can take it)...that's why I never upload anything......not sure what I'lll gain from it...

grrrr to those ppl...you should have respected kai's request at the very beginning...i agree, whatever u think is best kai...

it kinda sucks for ppl who actually respect ur wishes to suffer too, but yeah, i am totally thankful for all ur hardwork and willing to wait...

It's because it's the theme song to Ainori, which has been parodied by the show in episode 4 and 5, and has been discussed in earlier pages in the thread.

You can do a google search on "ainori" and find out more.

@ Apartofmylife == thanks for the great explaination. BTW #3 was more about changing of language. For example Hawaiian and Maori (another) languages have similar gramatical structure and similar sounds BUT have changed throught time and distance to become different. Or I was thinking how there are many chinese dialects that aren't really interchangable (or so I have heard ;) )

@kai200x - thanks for the subs -- I know you can ask the uploaders to stop. Maybe some don't know they are going against your wishes. From some of their comments -- I think thats there way of contributing to fansubing. If they understand that posting on such a visible website may also put your in unwanted spotlight perhaps they would reconsider. You could also go directly to the webmaster and have them remove the content. I believe some others groups have done that.

have you guys noticed in episode 5 how the osaka gakuen boys are talking about nakatsu and mizuki like it's the most natural thing in the world, it's as if they all know nakatsu's feelings for mizuki...i mean he didn't actually tell anybody, right? i thought he was still kinda denying it to himself for fear that he might be really gay (altho i found it cute the way he said 'if only komari was mizuki, i wouldn't have any problem' back in episode 4)

i as a fan of HK would of course selfishly not want u to stop stubbing this because of those disrespectful people who uploaded ur subs on streaming sites.

but i seriously dun see any point in delaying the subs cuz it doesnt solve the root of the problem. those people are still gonna upload ur subs just delayed too.

but than i understand a lot of people who cant download using BT rely on users who upload on streaming sites so it would be a huge blow to them too. maybe u can just send notices to those users to credit u in the description and not at it at the end of the video. if they refuse to cooperate, u could flag their videos and it would be removed i think. u could also give permission to a few users on the different streaming sites as long as they credit u in the description too.

again, i wanna say a huge thanks to u for subbing HK so efficiently! thanks for all ur hardwork!

What I'm curious to see is Mizuki's parent's reaction when they learn that their daughter attend an all boys school

In the preview, we can see (or hear) somebody asking to Mizuki if she loves Sano.... her parents ? Nakatsu ?....

^ Since it's a woman's voice, I think it's her mother.. but again how could she know ? did her brother tell them ??

yeah, i'm really excited to see how mizuki deals with her parents and with the osaka gakuen boys...

I was wondering about that too!! It almost seems like the other guys are more OK with it than Nakatsu himself!

Though it seems like Nakatsu is accepting his feelings more as well, since he didn't get too upset about the other guys talking about him and Mizuki

(who knows in a school like that they are used to being attracted to eachother ;) )
And how the other guys know about his feelings anyway? Of course he hasnt really talked about it, but they have seen him getting nosebleeds, then the lie-detector already said he was in love with someone in dorm 2. And at some point Nakatsu is obviously sucking up to Mizuki a bit ^^

I noticed several people saying ep 5 was boring? I actually thought that way about ep 4... and was relieved when ep 5 captivated my interest more. But maybe I was just persuaded by the guys walking around in their swimming trunks and taking baths

a pervy mind is easily satisfied...

A lot of discussion too about who has to end up with Mizuki...Nakatsu or Sano?
If you ask me I think Mizuki can just go back to America as soon as Sano has jumped and then Sano can heal Nakatsu's broken heart ^____^ They are the only ones truly perfect together ;)

Personally, I am not sure I will be excited with HK 2 if they make.
I think they will finish the main plot in HK 1.
I have never read the manga so I can't compare the drama with the manga, but I think the main plot is the relashionship between Mizuki and Sano and Sano's high jump.
I mean..I think they will be boyfirend and girlfriend, and Sano will succeed in high jump in the last episodo or before. ( I hope so!!!)

These are just my guess, but if they plan to make HK 2.....

well About age, the guy who plays Sano in TW vers is 27.

The rating, personally, if a drama I'm fond of has high ratings, I'm happy, If not I probably dun't care much cuz everyone has different taste, an old say.

But now I'm imagining of a Tomaki's new drama rather than Hana Kimi 2 lol
I think many Nakatsu fans will be rejoiced lol

akak but have to wait then becuz Maki's schedule is all charged now.. She has 1 special drama coming (manga adaptation), a movie (with a 'boy' role again), Kurosagi movie, 1 drama for debut next yr (Atsu Hime)..
If ever there's one for Tomaki, it must be during next summer~~ lol

the thing about rating is only kimutaku drama will receive rating above 20% at all time...because all the obasan luv him dearly...so i a drama got aroun 15 to 20 that means it's doing well too...so no worry there...

Hi kai200x..actually i'm really thankful to those people who have the patience to upload the episodes of hanakimi..why?because actually i'm in my junior year in college and i don't have time to download but because of all your efforts i'm able to watch hana kimi episodes by episode...but if you think that other people don't follow your rules why don't you try them to give some lesson for example delaying the epi 6 for 2 days so they will realize that what they are doing to you is a form of disrespect of your property,,but still remember it still up to you about the decision..what i can say is that i'm so thankful about the efforts that you have been giving in order to upload hanakimi episodes...or if you want you can download it in streaming sites by yourself..you guys really rock that's why i want to say thank you so much keep up the goodwork!

awww..~ did i see something that says.. the fansub group who hardsubs hanakimi would not be releasing the hardsubs for a while since their works are out on streaming sites whereas they asks not to upload it there???.. oh dear.

I´m probably one of those people you´re talking about.
I did upload your subs on hosts like Mediafire or Megaupload, but I also did give a direct link to your thread everytime and I did give proper credit and I´ve written a thousand times that it´s not me, but you and tianj who did the great job!
The thing is: If I only give direct links to the thread here @ D-Addicts there will always be people that can´t get the subs, because they seem to have some sort of trouble with downloading it from D-Addicts.
Because a LOT of people had problems with this some time ago, I decided to upload the subs on servers like mentioned above.
It´s not that I´m ignorant or anything and if you want me to stop doing so, I´ll do it immediately, because I appreciate your work like WOAH! But then there are still those people who have problems to get the subs, what to do with those?

And basically I do not understand where the problem is when people upload soft-subs to servers if they give proper credit and link directly to the source as well. I really want to know

Anyway let me know what you think. Either way I´ll do what you say

I don't think he means reuploading the soft subs. He means hardsubbing his softsubs to streaming sites before SARS release their hardsubs.

- everyone came back from the beach - really funny everyone coming out of a small truck (nakao came out three times)
- sano wasnt back yet and mizuki cause of what happened last time didnt want to be alone when he came back so asked nakatsu to stay
- nakatsu talks to mizuki about something to do with liking a friend or something, miyuki says going to the bathroom and stays the night in the umeda senseis office, meanwhile nakatsu has another funny rant to himself
- mizukis parents come and take her to lunch where she sees nakatsu on date with komari
- nakatsu later sets up miyuki and sano to meet but they have an argument (dont worry everyone this isnt like the arguments before its a klinda cute argument even if i couldnt understand that much about it)
- the three dorms are have meanwhile been sent on a treasure hunt

okay the thruth is ive been so put off by the end that ive kindof forgotton what happened inbetween now
- some touching moments between miyuki and her parents
- we see sano trying to jump and still the bar falls
- later sano jumps (before he jumped he looked to the stands looking for miyuki i guess we dont actually see him make it but he does)
- miyuki hears this from sekime and runs to find sano where the have a touching moment and she starts crying and HE HUGS HER!!!!!
- poor nakatsu sees the hug and i think all three are surprised by it
- and miyuki finally really relises she likes sano!

next week looks good
- mizuki says shes going back to america??
- nakatsu telling her he needs her??
- miyuki walking into the room to see sano kissing who???

I think i am one of those you are talking about..
and i would like to say SORRY!!!!

i actually did it ONLY in EPISODE 5..coz my friends (in my hometown) want to watch it but the hardsubbed version is not yet released, and they are not allowed to install any kinds of softwares (like GOM,Bitcomet) in the computer that they are using (to download or to play the Subtitle w/ RAw) because they are only using others computer..

so i decided to study to hardsubbed it, for them.. * i did it for the first time and it come up perfectly so decided to upload it in my account in YT..for them to watch

and im so stupid

that i didnt read your Warning not to upload it in streaming sites..
but after reading your post earlier.. i automatically DELETE it in YT..
im very sorry ..

*i saw someone uploading it the whole episodes in CR i think .. so i thought it was allowed.. gomene.. im baka ..
